For as long as I can remember, I’ve been flipping, flying, and coaching my way through life.

I started gymnastics at five. Competed through childhood, moved into Parkour, and started coaching at fourteen. By the time I was a head coach, I was watching brilliant programs with empty timetables — not because the coaching wasn’t world-class, but because no one in the local area knew about them.

Then everything changed. A serious injury forced me to step back from physical training. It was a tough transition — but instead of slowing down, I chose to level up.

I dove headfirst into digital marketing. Worked with major Australian brands, learned every channel, then came back to the world I knew best — gymnastics — with a toolkit that could finally do justice to the coaching going on inside those four walls.
